2025 is here, so let’s take a moment to look back. This past year, we didn’t just talk about improving behavioral health in schools—we did the work. Together, we’ve made a measurable difference for kids across the country. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve accomplished and what’s next.
210,000 youth
In partnership with hundreds of K-12 schools and after-school programs, we’re now actively supporting 210,000+ children and teens with behavioral and mental health interventions.
This number represents a 10x growth from the 18,000 youth we were serving at the beginning of 2024. Your contributions have fueled this remarkable expansion, enabling us to provide essential education and support at an unprecedented scale.
7,400 interventions & lessons
In 2024, Lenny empowered counselors and teachers to deliver over 7,400 lessons and interventions, covering critical topics like:
Substance use awareness and prevention
Bullying prevention and bystander education
Coping skills and emotional regulation
Responsible decision-making and personal safety
These resources spanned Tier 1 (classrooms), Tier 2 (small groups), and Tier 3 (individual students). Many lessons were reused up to five times per semester, and our "remix" feature enabled staff to customize and share interventions across districts, fostering collaboration and “knowledge spiraling” across grade levels.
22,000 hours unlocked
By creating custom interventions with Lenny, educators and counselors saved over 22,000 hours this year.
This time savings directly translated into thousands of additional counseling sessions and more opportunities for teachers to provide focused, meaningful support.
400 schools across 19 states
We onboarded and trained staff from 300 new schools, bringing our total partnerships to 400 schools across 19 states.
Our largest enrollments came from Massachusetts, California, Texas, and North Carolina.
